Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) was a famous American actor. Elson started her acting career as a child actress and model, before becoming a an actress professionally, is famous for her portrayal as Alice Tyler as seen on the CBS science-fiction drama. Andrea won the role of Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986), after auditioning. She continued to work for a long time on different successful TV shows and Movies of the Week before leaving the entertainment business in order to spend time with her family. Andrea Elson's job as Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter, was not easy for her. In a 2000 retrospective in People Elson said developing as an actress in the midst of the sitcom-viewing audience was difficult. In New York City in 1969 Elson was raised in a world of travel as her father was a traveling salesman. In the ten years before her birthday on the 10th of March she was a resident of New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea discovered an agent who was based in San Diego and won her audition for her first part. Fusco justified the statement with the statement "ALF has 285 years, which means he's an adult who is able to drink alcohol." But as ALF was more well-known among children NBC informed Fusco you can't have him drinking when the children are watching it's a bad character model. Fusco believes that ALF was mature enough to drive drunk, was wrong. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He was successfully treated and was remissioned up to the end of the year 2019. It was in Englewood New York at the Lillian Booth Actors Home on the 26th June, 2019, the 75-year-old actor was diagnosed with cancer and passed away.
