Anna Paquin
Anna Paquin is a Canadian as well as a New Zealand actress. She was born in Winnipeg and brought up in Wellington Paquin began her acting debut as Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at the age of 11 which made her the second youngest winner in Oscar history. Anna Paquin is full Anna Helene Paquin born on the 24th July 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Canadian actor and New Zealander who, when she was a young girl received the Academy Award in 1993 for the best actor supporting. After a public audition at the age of nine, she changed her name to Flora McGrath - the daughter of the Scottish piano player who was muted in the 19th century. She was able to move in New Zealand to marry an arranged husband. She moved into the United States as a teen. Paquin had the role of lead in Fly Away Home in 1996 and also had a small part in the film as Jane Eyre when she was an infant. Paquin portrayed Frankie Addams, a character in Carson McCullers' novel The Member of the Wedding in 1997. Also, she played the Princess of Spain in Steven Spielberg's Amistad (2007). Also, she played teenagers for Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (1998), A Walk on the Moon(1999) as well as Almost Famous (2000). Also, she played the character Polexia Aphrodisa.
