Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, an American television host, comedian and actress best known for hosting The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime. The Talk. She was born in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in the midst of a challenging family. Sheryl was fostered by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered with Polio. When she was a kid, her relations with her mother were not always smooth. Sheryl claims that in the past, her mother would stab her father because he was becoming too close to her. Sheryl was a college graduate when she was drafted into the military. Sheryl's passion for comedy was evident. She was the first female finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She started her TV career in 1992 when she was a regular performer in the HBO comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She also appeared in 2000 as host of the television show Oh Drama! Then in 2011, she started being in The Talk as co-host. Additionally, she's appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series including Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
